Valerie Waugaman has envisioned a self-empowerment role model program for kids as part of her Fit Mission Revolution since 2005.
Now she needs your support to help bring the Green Goddess to the masses.

What is the Green Goddess all about?
The Green Goddess mission is to prepare the children of our future to create a fulfilling, purposeful, healthy life of their own creation for their generation and many generations to follow. To rebuild the foundation of health, Green Goddess Programs aim to educate our youth on the value of nurturing their bodies, minds, and spirits as well as their environment through entertaining interactive programs.
One concept of the Green Goddess Programs guides kids to create their very own super hero with personality traits, physical attributes, and career paths they would like to express and experience in their own life. This program focuses on positive affirmations and the very things that make a child’s life fun and exciting. As funding for this program grows, we will be able to provide children with personalized activity kits.
The Green Goddess educates and entertains through high energy presentations incorporating exercise, art, sport, comedy, acting skits, demonstrations, workbooks and more. Empowerment is learned through these creative, interactive, confidence building activities. Supplies and tools are provided whenever possible.
The Green Goddess supports her students through the process of creation and inspires them to initiate their goals. As her students create positive changes in their own life, the Green Goddess encourages mentorship by passing their new knowledge and self esteem forward to the next student for positive change. Valerie works diligently to bring this vision to children, students, parents, teachers and whoever would like to live as an invincible version of themselves, their own Super Hero.
Who’s on the Green Goddess team?
Currently, Valerie is working with a close knit team in developing a school fund raiser that would bring funds into school systems through the promotion of health and fitness consumer products. This GG team is setting their sights on introducing these school fundraisers with a kick-off fitness challenges for the students and their families.
How can GG help schools attract resources to implement after-school empowerment programs and healthy food programs?
The Green Goddess team of everyday superheroes has joined forces with Team Beachbody in an effort to reverse the obesity epidemic especially among our children. Beachbody is a fitness company with a library of exciting home workout videos, portable fitness equipment, and grab-n-go nutritional products and supplements. They’ve also created some fun fitness videos for kids K -12.
Think of how great it will be when our kids bring home product catalogs of cool, convenient fitness equipment and videos as their school fundraiser! Now we’re thinking! The days of stocking up on cheesy popcorn, chocolate bars, and cookie dough and endless calories are over. Thank goodness.
Team Beachbody is a trusted, responsible company with a mission to help as many people as possible to live a healthier life.
Here’s the best part; there is a unique opportunity for schools to help support each other through this fundraising method. More details on how this wonderful system works will be provided through in-person presentations given to local and state school board members by the GG staff.
