Purple Powerhouse Porridge

For a twist on porridge that pleases the pallet try this nutritionally scrumptious recipe made with ingredients from the Amazon-

Prep Time- 4 minutes
Cooking Time- 1 minute

Ingredients
1/2 cup of quinoa flakes
1 tbsp of Acai Juice/Pulp (available from Acai Berry Juice)
1 tsp of Camu Camu powder (available from Loving Earth)
1 tbsp of crushed brazil nuts
Boiling Water (enough to cover the dry ingredients)

For a touch of Low Gi sweetness add 1-2 tsp of Agave Nectar

Instructions

1. Place the brazil nuts in a coffee grinder and mince until diced or if you prefer a creamier porridge until they form a powder.

2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

3. Pour boiling water and let stand for 1-2 min

4. Stir in the Acai Juice and serve
