Dr. Berardi and his company, Precision Nutrition, Inc. have one purpose: to take the latest in advanced nutrition research and teach it to others in a way that doesn’t take an advanced degree to figure out.

Through his company, Precision Nutrition, Inc., Dr. Berardi has worked in the exercise and nutrition arena for over a decade, working with individuals from all walks of life, from the sedentary to athletes at the highest level of sport.

Dr. Berardi is also a member of the board of directors for the International Youth Conditioning Association, the premier international authority with respect to athletic development and young athlete-based conditioning.


Training with Nellie involves a comprehensive approach to integrating & maintaining the delicate balance between exercise, nutrition & lifestyle!

Nellie is an experienced triathlete with a background in swimming & a pallet for the paleo diet. Nell Stephenson offers the modern athlete an ancient recipe for success.

Chef Rachel  The Healthy Cooking Coach teaches people how to cook up healthier, more productive lives. From cooking classes to cooking parties and through cookbooks,  one-on-one coaching, magazine articles, and speaking engagements.

Rachel’s speciality is helping people with special needs follow wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-and/or casein-free, corn-free, grain-free, peanut-free, egg-free, or preservative-free diets.  

Her books include~ The Ice Dream Cookbook: Dairy-Free Ice Cream Alternatives with Gluten-Free Cookies, Compotes & Sauces (Planetary Press, October of 2008), and the award-winning book, The Garden of Eating: A Produce-Dominated Diet & Cookbook (Planetary Press, 2004) with Don Matesz. Rachel also developed 130 recipes for 2 books by Barry Sears including Zone Meals in Seconds (HarperCollins, 2004).
