Invitation to join the Quest:
As the new year begins, we often consider our life’s voyage and decide it’s time to set sail for more prosperous and exciting destinations. But, before you start writing down your new years resolutions allow me to share with you mine!
Always enticed by adventure and geared-up for action, when I had the chance to interview former Navy Seal and director of Primal Quest the “Worlds toughest endurance race” – Don Mann, I was motivated to pursuit a different kind of challenge.
His description of human spirit and physical fortitude resonated with my inner desire to find passion and purpose in life. So, I decided it was time to step out of the comfort zone and into the wilderness, where one must learn to trust their instincts & condition themselves mentally as well as physically! A great way to connect with your inner courage & discover how powerful you truly are!
In a world where women are sent the message that confidence comes from an idealized image of physical perfection the benefits of empowerment through the appreciation of ability, is paramount!
Which, brings me back to my new years resolution of ‘Embracing my ability to exceed my expectations’, by choosing to set a goal of developing new skills, a stronger will and the physical ability to take on any challenge (even the worlds toughest)!
Many of the worlds most successful and captivating people are athletes, who acknowledge fitness as the key to enjoying lifes adventures. When you train the body in preparation for a challenge, you achieve more than just visual appeal, you gain a commanding presence from a new confidence in your ability!
So instead of basing this years fitness goals on how you want to look, make it about embracing your ability and exceeding your expectations!
“As such I personally invite all women to capture their confidence and join me on my quest for adventure!”
